Our gluten free sourdough is handcrafted using the traditional method with a robust, active starter. It’s baked fresh to order in a stone-based oven, producing a satisfyingly crispy crust and a tangy, authentic sourdough flavour. Our loaf has been certified gluten free through laboratory testing and is available in four delicious varieties — plain, seeded, olive, and fruit.
