Refund Policy

Thank you very much for your recent purchase. We sincerely hope that you are pleased with the item you have received. At Luscious we want you and your guests to be 100% happy. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please feel free to reach out to us via email or our contact page within 24 hours of your event or purchase. For further details, please refer to the information provided below regarding our refund policy.

Returns

All returns must be within 24 hours of the event or purchase. Any request after this period will not be accepted. All items must be returned with no less than 50% of the product consumed to be evaluated.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, a refund will be issued at our discretion. Refunds usually take up to three (3) days to appear, depending on your bank or card company. We will email you when your refund request is complete.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • If greater than 50% of the product has been consumed

Please note

  • Requests based on design, colour or decoration will not be accepted

  • Dissatisfaction with quality and taste will be reviewed case by case after checking the remaining product
